As is the case with Shawn Kemp’s Kamikaze, Swizz Beatz has more of a hit on his hands with this original Shaquille O’Neal signature than the 2012 edition.  Before this first retro run, the Reebok Shaqnosis was one of the lost jewels of a 1995-96 NBA campaign whose sneaker selection is among the elite seasons.  The Air Jordan XI, Air Penny 1, Zoom Flight 95 and RBK’s own Kamikaze II are among the standouts from that year that’ve gotten plenty of reissues over the years; how does the nearly two decades we’ve waited for the Shaqnosis impact its standing among these classics?  Where does this drop coming up next Friday the 12th rank among the confirmed July 2013 sneaker releases?  It’s all clearer when you fall under the Shaqnosis’s trance after the jump, and stick with Sneaker News to see what follows this OG.
