It’s hard to top the kind of season that Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors just had, and Under Armour was lucky enough to be at the right place at the right time thanks to their UA Curry One model. The brand’s basketball imprint saw a huge boost in notoriety thanks to the accomplishments of Steph while wearing their logo, and now they’re back with the Under Armour Curry Two. The hightop construction remains, as does UA’s patented charged midsole technology, but there are a ton of new advancements to differentiate the sequel and continue to build the brand up.
For starters the upper boasts what appears to be a knit-like construction, rivaling Nike’s Jacquard tendencies. Added perforations on the synthetic forefoot and toebox help to add overall breathability. The outsole features a mid-section plate and skips out on the herringbone traction for a dynamic new pattern. What do you think of Steph Curry’s second model with UA?
