The adidas Crazyquick was a sneaker very much in the national eye during March Madness time, thanks to finals of that tourney being an all adidas affair. The shoe has seen plenty of NBA usage as well, although not on such a universal level given that sponsorships there are determined on a by-player basis. Offering up more for the laymen is this colorway, a black/purple/teal combination that will be in stores come June 1st. Continue reading for some up close shots at this exciting Crazyquick look from adidas Basketball and give us a heads up in the comments if you’d had a chance to play ball in these yet.

Alright so the Nike KD V clearly won’t get a championship edition this year due to Durant and the Thunder falling short in the post-season. But this PE version kinda qualifies as far as celebratory sneaks go, given that the associated Montverde Academy emerged victiorious at this year’s National High School Invitational tournament. The shoe features the coveted gradient look across the midsole, along with the school’s eagle mascot and a fitting blue and gold colorway. Check out all the angles on the Nike KD V “Montverde Academy” pair after the jump and let us know where they rank amongst the multitudinous unreleased Nike KD V designs we’ve seen.

Do you remember the first time we ever saw the Nike KD V Elite? The shoe was spotted back then on the feet of Kevin Durant at a practice session, as a news crew present accidentally capturing a sneak peek at KD’s next sneaker. The colorway worn was an orange and yellow one, sort of similar to the initial “DMV” version of the Nike KD V. They’ve popped up once again, this time seen on the feet of Durant during his newfound post-season downtime. Continue reading for another look at the Nike KD V Elite in this orange colorway and let us know if you’d hoped for a retail release.

You are looking at the Nike LeBron XI. That’s right-the mystery shoe that was spotted on the feet of King James over the weekend was indeed his next signature model. The design comes equipped with a pretty sizable chunk of what’s being called “Armorposite” material across the upper, which clutches the shoe from the bottom up in the same way that the carbon fiber piece on the current Nike LeBron X Elite does. On top of that Dynamic Flywire returns with a bit more of a conspicuous arrangement as just the lace-loops and a few wires revealed.
You’ll also note that the sneaker gets rid of the full length Vis Zoom treatment across the bottom, opting instead to tuck away any Air it’s holding. Speaking of cushioning, it’s said that the Nike LeBron XI will be cushioned by a mix of Lunarlon and Zoom, embedded into the midsole of the shoe; this is an interesting move considering visible cushioning has been a visual key over the last four models, leading some to believe that the shoes LeBron did indeed break out during a weekend practice were either a Soldier or Ambassador shoe. In any case, these are the real deal LeBron XI, and is currently slated for an October debut for $200 in five colorways. Continue reading to check out another upcoming colorway of the Nike LeBron XI and stick with us for what should be an October 2013 release.

The remaining teams in the NBA Playoffs dwindled by one over the weekend, as the Knicks fell to the Pacers out in Indiana. For what it’s worth thought they went out in style, with the likes of the Jordan Melo M8 Advance for Carmelo Anthony, the Nike LeBron X Elite for JR Smith, and the adidas Top Ten 2000 for Iman Shumpert. Other wears across the weekend included a batch of Hyperfuse/Hyperdunk stuff for the strong looking Indiana Pacers, a random Nike LeBron X on the feet of one Manu Ginobli, and sightings of both the Nike KD V and the adidas Crazyquick for Memphis. Continue reading to see all the most compelling sneaker shots from this latest round of NBA Feet action and stick with us for updates on the road to the championship.
