Flyknits for winter? Unless they’re featured on the basketball court as in the Nike Kobe 9 Elite, wearing them as a winter boot didn’t seem all that likely in past years. That was before we were introduced to the Nike Flyknit Chukka FSB, a sneaker that’s comfortable with outfitting the silhouette in a bulkier, more supportive knit while tape like support can be found on the toebox and heel. This Flyknit Chukka FSB defies usual rules of the flyknit school of reasoning – it ditches a flashy colorway to showcase the material, and instead of a lunar or free outsole, we get a boot ready finish.
