If this post popped up on your screen and you’re thinking, “Haven’t we already seen a Nike Blazer High VNTG done with a Voltage Cherry upper?” The answer, Sneaker News reader, is that yes, a suede pair in this same color did indeed drop just about a year ago. This new pair manages a considerably different appearance, not by remixing its color distribution as in the case of last fall’s Quickstrikes cobbled together from components of all those spring ’11 drops, but rather a shift to nylon that puts these in step with this year’s variations. A Lush Teal lace further pushes these into an uncommonly colorful space for the VNTG Blazer series; would you rather see vibrant drops like these or rustic suedes paired with the oxidized vulc soles? Let us know when you’re on the other side checking out more images of these Voltage Cherry Vintage Blazers and grab yours now from Caliroots.

As Nike Sportswear’s Vintage Blazer series continues to try on new looks, we get a trio of two-toned designs for ladies that represent a huge range of potential for a model that’d heretofore been issued in (color x)/Sail each time out the gate. These three new Nike Blazer High VNTG releases are also the first WMNS Vintage issues, though all but the Pink Cooler pair could satisfy either sex. A Scarlet Fire pair features the same Peach Cream Swoosh, which leaves Neptune Blue as the standout, and detailed images of each pair await your click below. Let us know which is best, then find yours at an NSW store like Shelta.

The lowtop silhouette has been used by Nike Sportswear far less than the High when it comes to Vintage Blazer releases; might this new trio signal a shift in silo distribution? These new Nike Blazer Low VNTG releases are like the original NSW Vintage drops in that they utilize a single suede color opposite Sail everything else plus a bit of pre-yellowing on the soles to match the unfinished nylon tongue’s slightly rugged old school feel. Pairs in grey, black and red are all simple enough to anchor your wardrobe this spring, and you’ll find them available now at select retailers like SNKRS.

After a few brass-zippered pairs hit around the turn of the year, the Nike Blazer Mid AB had been silent until a ‘Lush Teal’ pair popped up earlier this month. It turns out that microperfed suede design is one of a two-pair Quickstrike drop, both offering tonal toecaps, earthy leather sockliners and white laces/soles. The newly revealed Midnight Navy edition comes off considerably more conservative than the teal edition which makes them a tad less trendy than what’s inarguably one of this season’s most popular colors, but also confers a certain timelessness that ensures you can keep these in your rotation for a good while. Check them out up close below, then grab a pair from Nike Sportswear retailers like SNS.

Stussy has enjoyed a spike in Sneaker News mentions this week thanks to a collaboration with Converse Japan and a preview from Nike Sportswear that recalls memories of a milestone teamup from a decade ago. When the Stussy x Nike Blazer Mid dropped in 2002, the very concept of collaborative marketing was still in its infancy and the Blazer silo had yet to be fully restored to its rightful place in the Swoosh canon. Just ten years later, we’ve seen the sneakerhead scene evolve in ways we could have never expected, and meanwhile, the trusty ol’ Blazer just ports these classic Stussy-penned colorways over to another (almost identical) silhouette. This grey/green tribute is limited to 500 pairs and they’re moving fast as Size? exclusives.

Though their naming conventions leave us sometimes wondering exactly which is which, one thing Nike SB’s Blazers have always had in common is the Zoom Air cushion embedded in the heels of their insoles. This extra nicety adds some padding where vulcanized soles are notorious for debilitating bruises, but as many SB riders have already found out, LunarLon might prove to be worth the adjustment in the long run. This new Nike Blazer Mid LR bears no ‘SB’ branding and looks to be one of the early evidences of the SB/6.0 restructuring process, but both its classic style and brand new cushioning platform both have their roots in a decade of Swoosh skateboarding. Check out three new colorways after the jump and be on the lookout for these as they’ve just hit NikeStore UK.

The Blazer High vs Mid discussion is a repeated point of contention among sneakerheads who recognize how similar those silhouettes really are, but the real question with these new pairs is who is responsible for their creation? These two new Nike Blazer Highs look a whole lot like the Stussy Blazer Mids that dropped back in 2002 when collaborative releases were in their infant stage, and their 10th anniversary timing begs the question if the Double-S will be involved in this celebration. Either way, the colorways are quite similar, and aside from the High/Mid differences (outrigger/’foxing’, Swoosh shape, etc.), it’s worth noting that these feature a tumbled texture on the upper wheras the ’02s offered a smoother leather. The silver pair also appears to feature a bit of the VNTG series’ pre-yellowing on their woodgrain vulc sole sidewalls; would you rather see an NSW Vintage release or a Stussy collab redux when these hit retailers like size? later this year? Let us know when you click through for more images and stick with Sneaker News for more info.

The Nike Blazer reaches Nike iD once more, but this time in the classic ‘vintage’ styling and with a few new custom options that we’ve never seen before. Aside from classic suede and canvas uppers, you can choose from two distinct floral prints above – one that looks like a lush field of flowers and another that has a bit more of a wild effect. Another interesting option is that you can go completely Swoosh-less for that true tonal effect. We’ve whipped some quick samples below so take a look and cook up yours now at Nike iD.
