Liberty London has hit us off with a variety of patterned fabrics over the course of their partnership with Nike Sportswear. The Denise Eva floral look has been the go-to for 2013, a pattern whose name has naturally led some to believe ‘she’ is the designer behind these collabs. This latest Liberty x Nike WMNS Dunk Sky High applies a dark version of the material in question a la Air Force 1 Downtown LIB, but with a concealed heel wedge, these smaller sizes are distinctly for the lady sneakerhead. A model that can be seen to borrow its sleek good looks from the Eric Koston’s Nike Skateboarding signature line, the Nike SB Rabona is beginning to carve out its own niche. The more new colorways we see, the more the Rabona’s trademark reinforced toe will have a chance to shine, as in the case of this new tonal grey edition where the unique lines dash across like contrails on a cloudy day. Fans of this washed out style will no doubt be happy to find a gum brown rubber on the outsole (traction pattern courtesy of Koston), so have a closer look below before you buy at SB shops like Premier.

Now that Nike owns the rights to NFL logos and such, there’s no more beating around the bush with team-related colorways as we get a wave of Nike Sportswear “NFL” releases like this Nike Air Trainer SC II High. Obviously, this white, purple, yellow, and grey colorways is a perfect fit for the Minnesota Vikings, but the fact that the actual NFL franchise logo is on the insole proves that Nike won’t hold back with what is apparently a new wave of Nike Trainer Retro releases (did you see the Nike Air Trainer Max ’91 “Bo Knows” with the Raiders logo?). Are you ready for the P-Rod 7 launch on July 5th? Paul Rodriguez’ seventh Nike Skateboarding signature is aside from the Lunar Rod the most overt expression of LunarLon in P-Rod’s series to date, but if you were looking to hide the space age cushion within a more traditional skate build, look no further than Paul’s own line. The Nike P-Rod 5 LR in Dark Grey adds a Gum Medium Brown vulc sole, which conceals the namesake cushion within a sole the likes of which skaters have been riding for fifty years. A shorter counterpart to the Hupper, Hufnagel’s choice just made a splash in collaboration with Diamond Supply Co. on a ‘Tiffany’ colorway. Following up on the last month’s US debut comes the second trail update for a 1980s Nike Running classic, and perhaps a second round of Pinnacle releases. The Nike Lunar Solstice Mid SP is back with some more of the vibrant blue from the first drop, though it’s segregated to the heel to make room for an Anthracite-dominated upper.
