Nike Eric Koston Black Gum

Eric Koston’s Nike SB signature sneaker just arrived at retailers last month with a white upper and gum bottom, so while simply swapping to black would make for an equally satisfying design, the Swoosh would rather provide a bit more variety. So instead of this just coming off as the yang to that pair’s yin, this new Nike Zoom Koston 1 subtracts the ‘SB’ branding but adds details like a granite finish Swoosh and speckled outsole toe for a finished product that’s as close to ‘black cement’ as you can get without including Elephant print. Check them out in greater detail below, then find yours through select retailers like Premier.

Supra Vaider Fade

Gradient designs have been all the rage in recent years as production methods have advanced beyond the point where colorblocking is constrained by layers of leather and suede.  A look that has roots in 2008′s Nike Dunk High ‘Destroyer’ pack has evolved to the point where a model like the Zoom Kobe VII wouldn’t be the same without a gradient on its synthetic shell.  The above pictured Supra Vaider Mid in ripstop canvas can’t quite match the detail on a model like the ZK7, but the black-to-white fade is embodied by a succession of progressively darker shades front to back, and select pink accents add a nice pop to this otherwise neutral colorup.  Check them out up close below, then grab yours from Supra.

430 BMX Connection x Vans Japan

We’re seeing a huge influx of red, white and blue sneakers for the Olympic summer, designs referencing both the United States and its past glories, as well as those designs inspired by this year’s host nation.  The first from Off the Wall is this 430 BMX x Vans Japan capsule leaning more on the latter side, a couple of Far East action sports concerns coming together to craft a trio of London-flavored red-and-white-accented navy blue silos.  The Vans Sk8-Mid, Chukka Low and what’s likely a San Lucas slide have been blocked identically and each feature 430 branding on the footbed; do any of these stand out enough to warrant importing them upon next month’s release? via Unbar

Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Triple Black

Sneaker News just brought you word of the ‘Vino Rosso’ edition finally getting ready to arrive at retailers, but might you also be interested in a Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski colorway that instead of being defined by stains, is practically impervious to them? If so, look no further than this black suede Zoom Stefan Janoski SB, a reprisal of last June’s ‘Blackout’ Mids that also bears a passing resemblance to the totally black ‘All Weather’ edition that released a few months later. And given that we already had two somewhat similar Mids, it’s about time to see this standby colorup applied to the original Janoski signature silo. You’ll find more images after the jump below, then grab yours from a Nike SB retailer like Premier.

Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Vino Rosso June 2012 Quickstrike

Arriving at Nike SB retailers as a Quickstrike release this June is the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski in the ‘Vino Rosso’ colorway. It took nearly a year for these wine-stained Janoskis to finally hit stores, but after aging just a bit more, these have been bottled up and corked for your pleasure next month. With the Janoski continuing to be a consistent success for Nike Skateboarding, these special edition releases should go down more often, would you not agree? It even appears that the shoes will be packaged in individual shoe bags for that extra special note of attention. New images of these are just ahead so take a look and keep your focus locked into your local SB account for this June! Photos: plaskateboarding

Nike SB Dunk Mid Pro Holiday 2012 Colorways

Its once signature strap will soon return to the Nike SB Dunk Mid, and so far, each of the previewed colorways has been decidedly simple. We haven’t seen more than three (relatively muted) colors on a single pair since we learned of the Mid Strap’s return last November, so a new ‘Elite Series’-leaning colorup coming up for Q4 can immediately stake its claim for the most visually engaging yet. These dark suede Dunk Mid Pro SBs add a Metallic Gold Swoosh for a feel that’s fairly high energy when compared to the ‘Brickhouse’-style Baroque Brown edition you’ll also see below. They’re slated to drop in November and October, respectively; which one are you more likely to rock this holiday season? via CK

Vans Vault Spectator LX

Its very name suggests that these won’t actually be used for skating and the premium construction with which they’ve been crafted is the kind of thing you’d rather preserve and enjoy for years than shred on a skateboard, but this new drop from Vans Vault does indeed connect directly to Off the Wall’s skate heritage.  The Vans Vault Spectator gives us a hint that reminds the ‘#46′ Era deck shoe really is just a traditional Oxford, this similarly sleek silo having been crafted more in the style of a derby shoe.  Tonal black and brown ‘hairy suede’ pairs both have ‘versatility’ written all over them, and both are available now at top-tier Vans stockists including their DQM teamup in New York, The General.

Vans Vault Priz Hi Lace II LX

Having been previewed back in March, the new design from Vans Vault pictured above has already appeared on Sneaker News more times than its predecessor.  So already the Vans Vault Priz Lace II LX is off to a great start, this Sk8-Hi-derived silhouette ready to shine in its first trip to retail.  This brown leather pair is a bit darker than we expected based on the aforementioned preview, but their visually apparent quality is sure to attract buyers who find their obvious charm overwhelming.  Check these out in more angles after the jump and find yours at Vault stockists like the Vans x DQM General.
