To mark the start of the third year of this Three Stripes signature series, adidas Skateboarding releases three new Dennis Busenitz colorways including the debut of his second sigs. The adidas Busenitz ADV molds the classic indoor soccer silo that’s been a hit with serious footballers, hackey sack aficionados and skaters alike for years into a refined shape that benefits from next-gen lightweight materials. The first three colorways keep it simple while the original Busenitz stays close to its roots in black/white and wheat/gum colorups, and you can see all three after the jump before buying at shops like Premier.

Regular Sneaker News readers might have noticed that Dennis Busenitz’ signature has slowed down after serving as a cornerstone of the adidas Skateboarding lineup, but like many sig lines, that’s just because Three Stripes is ramping up for the follow-up. More of a technical upgrade than a true sequel, the adidas Busenitz ADV utilizes more modern fabrication methods to create a style still reminiscent of classic adi footballers but with all the benefits of today’s performance machines. The black/gold/red edition is like one of the last Busenitzes in its connection to Dennis’ German heritage, and you can see those plus two more up-close after the jump.
