Nike Asia has just released a Trainer Dunk High and a Court Force Low as part of a Chinese Ceramics inspired pack of sneakers. Both sneakers uses ornate designs and colors known commonly as “blue and white wares” which is white pottery and porcelain decorated under the glaze with a blue pigment, generally cobalt oxide. The decoration is commonly applied by hand, by stencilling or by transfer-printing, though other methods of application have also been used. [Wikipedia] Utilizing white patent leather and blue colored ornate graphics, these two sneakers can easily be mistaken for “blue and white wares”from the Qing Dynasty. Available now at select shops in Asia. Thanks DolKick
