In honor of the quickly arriving Beijing Olympics, clothing store Opening Ceremony will release two colorways, gold and silver, of Metallic Air Max 1s as part of the Medals Olympic Pack. The gold version, pictured here, features perforations all over the uppers, while a clean white midsole finishes the shoe. A limited amount of this sneaker will be available at Opening Ceremony in New York and Los Angeles on August 8th to special invitees. The remaining pairs will be available to the public at a date soon to be announced. The store is limiting purchase to one pair per style per client and phone orders will not be accepted. They will be available outside of the U.S. at very select Nike retailers. Luckily, a few pairs are available now at Atmos.
