After a lot of rumors, and a few out-of-focus pictures, a good look at the second Air Jordan XX3 Premier is finally here. To finish off 2008 on a good note, Jordan Brand has book ended the year with another Air Jordan XX3 Premier. To go along with the titanium colored counterpart, the final Air Jordan XX3 released this year will come in a black/red colorway, the steadfast color of the Chicago Bulls and Jordan’s signature shoes.
The shoe features a red mid-sole with red and grey details on the upper panels along with a solid red on the ankle cushion area. The toe-box appears to be made up of black patent leather on the sides with nubuck on top running all the way up the tongue. Like the last Air Jordan XX3 Premier, these dope xx3s will only be available in a super-limited quantity of 529. There will be 23 pairs at each of the top 23 U.S. Jordan Brand account stores (sorry all you international Jordan fans) for a price tag of $230.00 dropping on December 23, 2009…so you might want to get there EARLY! At least it doesn’t have patent leather on it. Not sure about the use of the color, but the colorway as a idea was good. I think the ankle top should be black and not red. If it was black, it would make the side panels pop more. Right now it looks like too much is going on.
Still a good look, but I think out of all of the 23 colorways released, this one sits at the bottom or second to the bottom.
Still, it looks good. I am sure many will get this real quick.

When will they stop making these gaudy joints? The design is corny, just cuz it’s jordan doesn’t make it fire. All that embroidery on the side??? I mean c’mon. I know some things are debatable…. some however ain’t.

ME, not the first. The “white/ stealth” colorway had a black sole (bottom) too.
