Many of today’s sneakerheads were not around to witness Michael Jordan at his best in the late 80’s and early 90’s however that hasn’t stopped them from purchasing a number of the new Retro Air Jordan sneakers that have dropped season after season, month after month, week after week. It seems that Jordan Brand has put together something to help all of us Jordan fans and sneakerheads alike learn more about Michael Jordan and beyond that the sneakers that he wore. Brand Jordan has put together a very interactive “Air Jordan History of Fight” feature on their Jumpman23 website allowing users to learn more about each sneaker, it’s design inspiration, some random facts about Michael and when he wore them, as well as other points of information surrounding each sneaker. You will also notice that each Air Jordan image used in this feature is All White, something that we saw via Chris Paul’s Twitter earlier this year, does that mean that there is a possibility the Air Jordan All White Collection will make it to retail? The Jumpman 23 website’s AIr Jordan History of Flight Feature also features a link to an ESPN site that will be counting down MJ’s Top 23 plays up until he is inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.

I enjoy this simply because it provides a chance for everyone to view their favorite Jordan sillouttes side by side. It confirms that my favorite models, and ones I would purchase if such a collection released, would be ….2,4,5,6,11,23.
Hard to deny that the 2009 does look nice.

WOW. THE 16′S IN ANOTHER COLOR BESIDES THAT BLCK & YELLOW COLORWAYS THEY HAD.
THOSE ARE THE TOP ONES. ALL THEM GOT MORE THAN 1 CLASSIC COLOR SCHEME. WELL, EXCEPT THE 16′S.
HOPE THEY DO RELEASE THEM. EVEN IF IT’S A FLIGHTBLUB EXCLUSIVE.

Dope!!! But if these are to be sold as a whole pack (and I shudder to think they will be) then it will be ALOT more than 2300 bucks. That works out to just about $96 per shoe and you know Nike and JB will want as much as possible out of a set like this. (I’d think $4K+) Also, I know its nitpicking, but isnt this more of a ‘Try-On’ type colorway? I dont see any white shoes like the twitter pic CP3 had up awhile ago, but maybe its just the way they were rendered for the pics…either way what a dope collection.

All those white J’s looks like they were dropped from heaven by some chubby angels, i dont think that JB would easily sell em to randomo customers, it must be JB related ppl or players, i can see Ray Allen wearing those hot white crystal XI’s!!
