Ken Griffey, Jr. was a couple years too late in joining the Chicago White Sox via trade in 2008. He never captured that elusive World Series ring, but that short stint wasn’t for naught. It seems that late-season push is the inspiration for this ‘Triple Black’ Nike Air Griffey Max 1. These are similar to the anthracite and hot red joints released a few months back but replace the Cincy contrast hits with more black. the quality on these are dope. i have all 4 colorways and these all blacks are probably my favorite of air griffey retros…
