Some of the Jordans in the Silver Anniversary capsule are getting a serious rap for either “resembling the Pure Whites theme” or ” being too plain.” To each his own; you may hate on it, but there’s a good chance many stores will sell out promptly. As for the AJ XI’s that are part of the installment, there has been say that it calls out too many resemblances from the Columbias. Quite frankly, that’s purely haste to condemn the design. The Columbias feature hits of undoubtedly-light blue, not white that happens to look slightly blue because of fluorescent lighting. A look at the soles show a completely different look. The Columbias have ice with stark black on top of a blue carbon fiber, whereas the Silvers are straight ice on a charcoal carbon fiber. Not to mention the back tab on those old retros is black, whereas this up-comer has that silver with cerated stitching. Sometimes the negativity should just stay home if it’s not worth bringing out. However, for those who are feeling em, act quick and head over to MarqueeSole; they already have size 9-10 available for purchase!
