The DJ AM Nike Dunk High and DJ Premier Nike Air Force 1 officially debuted last Thursday at 21 Mercer. A six-hour plane ride and two evenings later, the festivities continued at Nike Sportswear at The Montalban. The Montalban was packed with both shoeheads and fans of both iconic DJs, and a lucky few managed to get their hands on the DJ AM/DJ Premier package, that came with Premier’s autograph and customized Serrato Vinyls. With live DJ music and everybody in a great mood, the East vs. West Rivalry took a back seat as both the NYC and LA Launch events focused on celebrating AM’s and Premier’s contribution to hip-hop and sneaker culture.
