We know that the Nike SB Dunk Mid will shed its trademark ankle strap soon, but until this point we’ve only seen multiple photos of a single pair. That changes to two with a new look at this pair in Sport Red, black and white. The SB Dunk Mid Pro looks quite a bit more like the High now, but you can still easily tell which is which, cos the mids feature an extra flap on the lowest eyelets. Click the jump below for more shots of this pair and stick with Sneaker News for updates; we expect these in stores very soon.

There is no reason for these to exist without the strap.

This shoe is for skaters not for sneakerheads/hypebeast and for those who don't know skater used to cut high top kicks in order to make mid top kicks why do you think they make more Vans Half Cabs than Cabelleros. This is a skate shoe without hype and without a strap.

looks like the OG mid dunks but with the lace flap, why people acting brand new?

Who gives a fuck about Nike SB anymore? If we are told that their special shoes aren’t for sneaker heads but for the much more important skating community then don’t show up on a sneakers website.

I'll rock these… only because these shits make history. Screw it… if Nike wants to kill their SB brand lets roll with it for a quick second.

If these were AF1's lows or high tops, I'll totally cop 'em……….

@Rocky, then if you dislike the SB brand so much go play with yourself in the corner (like I'm sure you do alot) and get off this Nike SKATEboarding post!

These would be dope with some white kevlar laces. Just like the OG dunk mids kids.
