Once a sneaker has reached iconic status, there’s not much you can do to radically change its appearance. In the case of the Nike Dunk High AC, in which Nike Sportswear removed the baskeball-ready outsole and replaced it with a simpler auto-claved version, the sneaker is still very much a Nike Dunk. NSW then replaced the swoosh with the bellied variety seen on vintage blazers, but still, the heart of shoe remains. Sneaker News showed you these two upcoming Nike Dunk High AC colorways before, and these detailed images of both the Bronze and Black colorways proves that the Nike Dunk, even 25+ years after its creation and with a few revisions, is still one of the most heralded sneakers of all time. We’ve got detailed shots for you after the jump so take a look and watch for these to hit select Nike Sportswear retailers soon. via Dunk.
