Blake Griffin’s dunks during the 2010-11 season earned him that sick ’10.0′ PE of the Nike Zoom Hyperdunk 2011, but let’s not forget that LeBron James has the ability the tear the rim off the backboard too. The ‘Dunkman’, despite not participating in an NBA Dunk Contest, is considered to be one of the greatest dunkers of all time, and so PH23Customs transformed this LeBron 8 ‘Blackout’ into one he calls ‘Shatter’, using the cracked-concrete detailing on the midsole, swoosh, and center panel. So the question rises: If LeBron James and Blake Griffin got involved in a ‘dunk-off’, who would win? I wonder how these customized shoes hold up under a few wears..is the paint the same type of paint used on the kicks in the first place or will the paint crack off early? I've never had a painted custom...well in the 90's I had a pair of Uptowns with the LV swoosh but that was cloth. Anybody know?
If he used angelus paint and properly prepared the area and sealed it you shouldn't have a problem. It lasts longer than whats on retro Jordans.

don't ask me why I know this, but I suspect he used OPI Katy Perry Crackle nail polish to do this. It's black paint that cracks as it dries to reveal the undercoat.

the mid panel between the flywire really stands out. I think thats cool he did that because i can't think of a lebron color way where that was done these are definitely unique and dope. I would buy these
