During his time in the NBA, Sir Charles was a man who demanded attention both and off the court. His forceful style and in-your-face personality made him a superstar, a wave he’s still riding today with his various commentating gigs. Of course also essential to his style was the sneakers, as he locked down a few signatures for himself as one of Nike Basketball’s frontrunners in the 90′s, repping the Swoosh to no end as in the Reebok jacket controversy of the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Sir Charles is still my favorite basketball player of all time. He was hard body on the court and funny off of it. The "I am not a role model" commercial is still a classic
hahaha first pic reminds me of this dude at the gym, he trains in retros all the time...and he beats the hell outta em within a month! you name it, space jams, true blues, infrared 6's - Ive seen em all on this guy and he just kicks around weights with em and shit like nobody's business. (I dunno why would anyone really want to train in basketball shoes though, I've always preferred having the grounded feeling)
