When New Balance first went live with the customizable options on the US574 last year, it made sense that that ubiquitous retro model was the one to kick things off. If you’ve had your fill of 574′s though, New Balance just launched a similar process for the New Balance 993, a model that doesn’t see too much play around these parts but is a classic nonetheless. Coming from the canon of longer, small-N silhouettes, this suede and mesh combo can be tricked out to your heart’s content with a pretty good variety of tones and colors, with the subsequent manufacturing going down right here in the US.
