Early 2012′s exploration of the shoe Michael Jordan wore for only a small portion of a regular season and his ‘lost’ playoff campaign, and following the release of an OG and a new GS colorup this past weekend, we have a look at another new look. The Air Jordan 10 ‘Old Royal’ is indeed mostly white just like the ‘Chicago’ Retro that just dropped, but the application of patent leather on the mudguard along with contrasting eyelets and a differently blocked midsole makes for a totally different approach, not to mention the considerably cooler color palette. To be honest though, I like the colorway JB don't come out with too many white and blue shoes. So I'll get them.

To each their own I guess. Personally I'm a big fan of the mixture of white, blue, and gray colorways. Kind of like the flint's colorways albeit it's a different shoe.

Most of u guys saying u dont want them will go cop them after u see how good they look on someone's feet! BET! I remember i didnt want those 4 of July 5's that came out last summer because of the patent leather but then i seen em on others ppls feet and they really made dem look nice wit they're "swagg" i guess u could say...but i still never got em tho because i never really was feelin em in the 1st place but i will get these!

These are the true blues of 10s! I truly really like these but my holy grail is dropping next month!
Please explain why you guys hate the patent leather on these but went fucking ape shit crazy over the 11s the past 3 years??!?!?!?!?!
Because the 11 is the only model where patent works. Patent is gawdy and tacky as fuck. Also this colorway sucks and after seeing how nike massacred the chicago 10 im looking forward to anymore 10 retros unless the quality changes.

It's kind of upsetting knowing that these might be the last pair of Retro's Jordan will be releasing before they raise the retail prices (again). It seems like only yesterday they were charging a "mere" $115 for a pair. AND they were actually made of decent materials...

maybe the tumbled leather on these won't be as bad as the crumbled leather on the Chicago Xs.
Looks much better than the Chicago 10s IMO. Something about that blue that makes these stand out.
