Mac Miller Destroy His Galaxy Foamposites

One would be rather cautious when wearing a pair of kicks that are hard to come by, but Pittsburgh native Mac Miller didn’t think twice about being a extra active during his show last night at NYC’s Roseland Ballroom. He wore the Galaxy Foamposites with one of his outfits, heartily scuffing the toe-boxes of his delicate kicks and deeming them dead on sight (he bids farewell with an ‘RIP’). After letting the Twitter-world know about the condition of his Galaxy Foamposites, he went ahead and copped a crisp new pair, and with his current stay being in NYC, it’s possible he ‘re-upped’ at Flight Club. Did Mac Miller move around in such an aggressive manner that he would cause that much damage to his shoe, or is the graphic print on the upper that sensitive to the touch? If a sneaker needs to be so delicately handled, is it really worth the $1,200-$1,500 for a pair? Let us know what you think in the comments below.

The article title is quite misleading...a bit exaggerated, to say the least. "Destroyed"? No...
your all a bunch of haters because he got them get off the internet and go get a job (bunch of hypebeasts)
wth yo foam are supposed to be plan b TANKS! holiday 2012 foamposite "bulletproof" ?! :D
It's just that the print is probably too easy to scrape off. But we'll never know exactly how it happened.
exactly. he is so "wack" that he has a pair of scuffed up galaxy foams that you would blow him for. your comments are just ruining his life...haters love to hate
Shoes are meant to be worn and shit happens And I don't really care for Mac Miller but quit dick riding that nigga, I'm almost a 100% positive that he makes more money than everybody that commented.
the funniest part is tht if he were to put these on ebay theyd prob go for more then a ds pair. Like Tf
Nike are gonna re release this shoe in like a year. Let Mac do whatever the hell he wants to do with his kicks. #rockitnotstockit
I'm glad he wore them and scuffed them up. They are ugly as f..k! And anyone who thinks he is an idiot for wearing them is an idiot! Thanks.
he could of at least have downgraded them to shoes to hoop in... that is if he ever steps on a court. i guess that solves that one he's a fashionable outfit sneakerhead
I do love the little waddle the overfed thugs have when they don't want creases. Hilarious. Foamposites are good for one thing: Reselling to retards.
Some clowns hating cuz dude actually wore his shoes. Wow! The ones complaining ate the clown that keep theirs in their closet in hopes of it being worth a million dollars. Wear your fucking shoes. Last thing you need is you getting hit by a car n some dude wearing the kicks ur dumb ass should have worn
OMG! He ACTUALLY wore his shoes....HAHAHA.. Surprise, they are not made of steel. I applaud him for wearing them. Would I pay that much for a shoe x2?... Hmm NO! I'd throw some paint on those and make my own Solar system...lol.. but that's me!
Good. The kicks are wack anyway. They look like the background on my work computer. I hate foams though. Only ones I had love for were pearl pros.
Why they ruined because you scuffed them a little? Pretty sure they are shoes, which are supposed to be worn. Pretty sure they are even 'Basketball' shoes... for playing Basketball in! Would you buy a Ferrari and only keep it in the garage to look at? Sounds lame to me. Plus they are only worth $200. If i paid $5000 for a pair, they wouldn't be worth $5K... they'd be worth $200, but i just helped some re-seller pay his rent for a year.
some of you idiots have value and price mixed up much like this guy up here. Is the shoe worth 200?? no thats the asking price dummy. thanks to all media attention and hype this shoe has been getting the shoe is WORTH more than that. you pay 5k for the shoes, they may not be worth that much but it sure as hell ain't worth 200, the asking price.
They just had a few scuffs lol I would have kept them but he has money to get as many pairs as he wants
If i paid $1500 for them id beat the shit out of them they are shoes and are meant to be worn not stuck in a case to jack off to
LOL. "If it needs to be delicately handled, is it really worth $1200-$1500? Err, they actually only cost $220. And we all know they would only cost Nike even less($40?) to make. And every REAL sneakerhead knows what he's paying for, and that these were only cheap glazing over a thin photocopied color print. They aren't exactly the first conglomerate business to use cheap materials to save money and increase profit! But hey, those hypebeast kids that paid all that ridiculous money for em, they dont care... they're just happy to have the latest trend, so leave em be! *Please dont thumb down this comment because the truth hurts and you want to re-assure yourself that you AREN'T a Hypebeast for paying over $1000 for some kicks just because they are "limited" and have "bright colors" on them. JUST OWN IT! Your a Hypebeast, and when we see you walking down the street wearing these, we will thank you for making it easy to spot you... and kindly cross to the other side so as to not be seen with you, a lame Hypebeast.
is it really impossible for all these idiots to realize that some people might genuinely just like a shoe because it looks cool. i mean jesus christ sneaker news was right to block out the word "hype". you know whats REALLY lame? hating on a sexy shoe just because a lot of people like it.
Thats normal for foams, wouldn't make a difference if they were 1,500 or 20 dollars. They are shoes that are meant to be worn.
You can scratch that off, I got a white scuff like that on my coppers one time and was mad as fuck. But all you have to do is wet it a little bit and scratch, it'll come off.
