yall say what u want but i really like the lebrons along with the kobes, especially since the kobe 7s looked kinda cheap to me. imo. but the price tag is way more than i'd pay for performance bball shoes since i don't hoop on the regular.

When he signed the contract with Nike, he made a point of keeping the sneakers affordable. That's why KDs are cheaper than LeBrons and Kobes, and why there's no $250 version for the playoffs.
probably because the premise of his line is "affodable performance for everybody" -- an elite version of that, which would drive the price up to 200+, would throw that right out the window.
Probably because he didn't want his shoes to be so costly. He wanted them to remain at a reasonable price.
