When images of this Blue/Red Kobe VII Poison Dart Frog first dropped, a quick moniker of ‘Spiderman’ popped up among forums, but it’s clear that any sort of Spiderman nickname will have be squashed like a bug because the shade of red seen here is Team Orange, which is a bloody shade of orange that, apparently, in some light, appears like a bright red. Perhaps the shade will look more truer to Team Orange in a duller light, but this isn’t the first time a set of pictures played tricks on your eyes, right (Metallic Pewter Foamposites, for one)? Hey, John K... Why don't you spend more time preparing your articles and less time trying to defend your obvious colorblindness and obvious retardeness with regards to anything hip or cool?
The official color is Team Orange - that could apply to the frog logo and the Kobe logo on the outsole. The upper doesn't look very orange, but according to Nike customer service and retailers who have the shoes in stock, 'Team Orange' is the official colorway. I apologize for my 'retardeness'.
These shoes to me are a compliment to the 76er's, Kobe does little things to pay back Philly. Love Hate relationship.

not really, theres no black in the filipino flag, theres no orange and the blue would have to be navy blue not photo blue.

looks red to me! 4th of July dart frogs.
The upper Dart Frog pattern does look red, but according to the retailer as well as Nike CS, 'Team Orange' is the official colorway.
