LunarLon cushioning and exposed Flywire cables make the upcoming Hyperdunk reboot differetn from all its predecessors; what would happen if Nike Basketball produced a similar silhouette, but in a package that feels a bit more familiar?  That’s more or less exactly what has happened here with the Nike Hyperdunk 2012 Point 5, a different point of view on the latest HD drop that keeps the bold branding and unique new traction pattern, but switches to a more conventional Flywire and the Zoom Air cushion we’ve known and loved in each iteration since the 2008 originals.  These first four Hyperdunk 2012.5 colorways are fairly basic, team-oriented styles with the teal-accented black/silver combo stealing the show, and you can see each of them in greater detail when you click the jump below.  Let us know which looks best, how these compare to the Lunar Hyperdunk+ and stick with Sneaker News for word on US availability.  via AaronKnows
