LunarLon cushioning and exposed Flywire cables make the upcoming Hyperdunk reboot differetn from all its predecessors; what would happen if Nike Basketball produced a similar silhouette, but in a package that feels a bit more familiar? That’s more or less exactly what has happened here with the Nike Hyperdunk 2012 Point 5, a different point of view on the latest HD drop that keeps the bold branding and unique new traction pattern, but switches to a more conventional Flywire and the Zoom Air cushion we’ve known and loved in each iteration since the 2008 originals. These first four Hyperdunk 2012.5 colorways are fairly basic, team-oriented styles with the teal-accented black/silver combo stealing the show, and you can see each of them in greater detail when you click the jump below.
