Comme des Garçons’ Rei Kawakubo started London’s Dover Street Market to give the brand a showcase among some of the fashion world’s biggest names, and soon we’ll add Nike Sportswear to that list. The Dover Street Market x Nike Air Force 1 Low is the latest banger during the AF1’s 30th Anniversary year, a couple of pairs dipped in a naturally waterproof and windproof material called Ventile. The tongues are tagged ’17-18′ in the style of a runner’s numbers, and the Saturday, July 28th drop date marks the first full day of competition after the torch is lit at Olympic Stadium. Let us know where these would place if all of the AF1-XXX releases had a race and stick with Sneaker News for more details.
