Three Stripes continues to widen its selection of rugged boot options with a new trail variation on a classic runner that gave birth to one of the brand’s best-loved series. The adidas ZX TR Mid starts with 1984’s ZX 500 and stretches the upper, moving the plastic eyelets from middle to top position. Little changes like these, the heel pull tab and a beefy sole blur the lines enough to fool casual fans into thinking this is just the latest in a growing collection of dope adidas boots, but what about the hardcore Trefoil devotees among us? Click through for more photos, chime in with your opinion on the upcoming ZX TR Mid and stick with Sneaker News for updates on what’s slated as a September release. via Crooked Tongues
