Ewing 33 Hi – Release Reminder
August 30th, 2012 by John K. | 10 comments

The Ewing Athletics saga is ready for a reprisal as the Ewing 33 Hi, one of the most memorable original models of the Ewing Athletics brand, becomes officially released to the public tomorrow at select retailers in the New York City area. The buzz around the Ewings has been mounting ever since we were teased with the Ewing resurface earlier this year, but since then, the public has been treated to the perfect doses of nostalgia to lead up to tomorrow’s highly-anticipated release. Two colorways in the White ‘Knicks’ and the daring Red Suede colorway are poised for a retail return and both are likely to clear out quicker than Pat can break a sweat, so check out the full list of retailers that will be offering the 33 Hi’s tomorrow and don’t miss out on this historic release.
Also note that while we can’t officially confirm that there will be any special in-store appearances tomorrow, the shoes will go on sale at 11am at Kith, 1pm at West and 4pm at Packer Shoes, so we’ll let you guys do the math on that one.
EWING 33 HI – 8/31 RELEASE LOCATIONS
KITH – Manhattan – 11am
WEST NYC – Manhattan – 1pm
PACKER SHOES – Teaneck, NJ – 4pm
ATMOS – Harlem
RIME – Brooklyn

This broke my heart. I was so ready for this release. No way a Carolina kid like me will grab a pair
This is complete BS....Why online release them in NY/NJ??? At least have an online release for those who arent able to make it up north....I'm speaking for those like me down here in the SOUTH!!!!
these look like something the Power Rangers would wear SMH
Is anyone in NY camping for these ? Just asking .
Funny how 20 years ago OG J's, Pumps and Ewings would just hit the racks and that was it. I thought this release was for real sneakerheads not just more limited hype.
How is the leather and build quality on these? They look kinda suspect. I can see loose thread all over that midsole stitching on the white pair....
@Lurker111 you right the material looks garbage.
@JosephChurchHernandez True be told, these have always just been a take down/swipe of the Nike Air Force III with a ankle strap added. No need to beast over these.
How the hell is an unlucky Chicagoan going to get a pair of these? :/
