The Nike Air Penny V is currently knee-deep in paying tribute to the various squads Mr. Hardaway served on, but let’s keep in mind that one of the earlier previews of the design included some stretched beyond that close knit group. A pair from that selection has finally resurfaced, the Nike Air Penny V pictured here in a black/cool grey/tour yellow pairing that is set to arrive on December 26th. The sneaker packs in some pretty amazing detail in the rather subtle upper, featuring what looks to be a hand drawn graphic in comparison to the more abstract print that showed up on the previous ‘Red Eagle’. These are cold 2nd favorite colorway of these besides the orlandos. Dont have one complaint.
Nice detail on these. I still only plan on copping the Miami colorway though!
...my only complaint is the white out-sole. Other than that, this color-way is phenomenal.
@umdaman Looks like the outsole is clear to me.
@Steved23 :you may be right, but either way I'm not feeling it.
I would like to see more yellow in these.
Not a fan of the cool grey cw cuz i feel its getting out of hand, but i like the detail and design of these.
I really like the air penny V's and i want to cop all the upcoming color ways but i cant wait for the penny 6's if they do make some.
