A small taste of what might be in store for the 574 and 576’s 25th anniversary in 2013, the masters of suede and mesh trot out the original New Balance 990 in deluxe form in commemoration of the model’s 30th birthday.  This premium edition gets back to its distance running roots with a pure grey and white makeup, even the die-cast hangtag offering a classic feel.  Arriving in limited numbers at some of the world’s best New Balance retailers on the morrow, this memorable Made in the USA design symbolizes the endurance common to this brand’s timeless old school catalog and provides a cornerstone for one of the sneaker kingdom’s key niches.
