The Air Jordan IX is of course the odd man out amongst the original string of sneakers that MJ played in during his Chicago Bulls days. Having made its debut at a time when Jordan was taking a break from the game of basketball, the shoe doesn’t sport quite the same amount of history as its peers. With that being said, it’s still every bit an important part of the story, and every bit worthy to hop in on the Air Jordan ‘Black/Neon Green’ collection. No matter what pair they put this on, it feels like the accents or small details could use the neon green put somewhere.
This colorway looks good only on a few retros. The last 2 including these look ehhh and blahhh.

Seriously though, this whole black/neon collection is boring as fuck. The leather on all the shoes seems to be A1 but the cw is so worn out and it's so basic with the neon insole, black "body", and neon outsole
Damn we spend all this money on shoes and we dont get leather thats genuine like that. Thats some good quality. They give us the vinyl shit that wrinkles and every pair that come out we have to re buy but if they gave us leather like that our shoes would never wrinkle and we would have to keep buyin these same shoes over and over again bullshit

@tallboi16oz just saying u must be new to this or u never notice it, but great leather wrinkles very fast way faster than the new stuff. Everybody knows good leather is very soft & easily creased. Its one of those hate love things ppl want good leather but no creasing so now we got leather that wont crease as fast but now ppl want the soft leather again without creasing, cant have the best of both worlds.
the leather looks exceptional! MAN, that used/using some real premium leather on this collection. i was waiting to see these and i am NOT disappointed. man, jordan brand NEEDS to release this collection, stop holding back, they played us on the RAINBOW collection and now they teasing us with this collection. PLEASE RELEASE THE COLLECTION, make them limited do something
rainbow collection was trash, did u really want that to release? this collection is wayy better, quality and color blocking.
