Air Jordan XI Retro Low – White – Black – Red

A couple of PE editions have popped up here and there, but a single colorway has dominated the Air Jordan XI Low radar since last May’s white, Varsity Red and black release. This is the only Eleven Low in the pipeline for release as of this writing, a design initially appeared the same as last years if you switch the Cordura upper to black and the lining to red. But that pair was last spotted in January, and has apparently been replaced by this ice-soled edition that adds to its cleaner look with black on the sockliner. We see these incremental shifts pivoting further away from last year’s design; do you prefer the latest presentation or is the AWOL red-soled edition a better look in your eyes? The icey sole is the problem here. It's not the red hints, it's not the overall CW...it's the icey sole. You can't just throw a translucent sole on a shoe and assume it's hot...especially when the patent leather is white. That being said...maybe it's the white patent leather...or perhaps the entire shoe just sucks.

I'll cop em, but why is JB so opposed to doing lows in classic CWs??? Like why can't they make some concord lows or some space jam lows. I would bet all my money that those releases would turn into an early-Christmas-summertime 11s release with all the hype and hysteria that comes with the Christmas-time-11 releases. So twice a year they could have the insane exposure they get from 11s releases, which would further the brand's name and recognition. And since JB seems to listen or monitor niketalk and sites like this one for feedback, I'm hoping everyone else speaks up about the classic 11 CWs in a low format. They listened when we complained about price hikes on the bred 4s and bred 11s. They listened when the early version of this low had more red on it, and it was unanimously panned and denounced by us fans well before a release date could be announced. So mad props JB for listening and doing your research. Now here this: IF YOU BUILD THEM, WE WILL COME........and cop them. DO IT
The hints of red on the bottom kind of throws it all off, but this is still a clean shoe. Especially for the summer.

I don't see how anyone can say this sneaker is ugly. Maybe it's because the 11 is my personal favorite, I can understand passing on it since the Bred recently came out and is re-stocking soon. But come on..
