Up until now, the verdict on the upcoming Safari Foamposites was still out. For sneakerheads, it’ll take an on-feet view to give it a true judgement, so here it is – the Air Foamposite One “Safari” on-feet. But let’s be real – we already know what a pair of Foamposites look on feet (not all that bad in these angles), but the primary concern that Foamposite loyalists have voiced is not this particular colorway of the shoe, but the future of this classic model. There are basically two schools of thought – one that believes that simple, tonal colorways are what accentuate the marvelous design of the Air Foamposite One, and another that chooses the embrace the out-of-the-ordinary. What are your thoughts? Chime in below.
Weird design.......The only feature to make these really appealing is 3M. I'd like to see this happen.
I like these. I like these over the "asteroids" as well. I'm not huge on foams but there are a few I enjoy. I may be in for a pair at retail.
The safaris should have been the foamposite pro and the asteroids should have been the foamposite one. Either way the safaris are not for me.
@alex458 no it's not
@MagicThaLegend Please look up the original air safari for why the orange is orange
Yeah I know. 3m is a fabric, sui you won't see it as the base for foams. Look at the area 72 Barkley. It's essentially the same material, different pattern. It's a shame cause the 3m would've made these special
@cheizm That would be some bullshit on Nike's part 'cause the damn hat that goes with these kicks is 3M! Nike gonna go make the snapback 3M and not the shoes...wtf!
Bet money it's not. They'll drop in a couple weeks and then we'll see. The white reacts to flash well, but they aren't 3m
