Converse hits us with a tall glass of CTS for St. Patrick’s Day 2013, using one of the oldest Irish taverns in Charleston, MA as an inspiration to the colorway. This limited edition release will be available on Friday, March 15th at CNCPTS, Slam City Skates in London, Flatspot in Ontario Canada at an MSRP of $65, so check out the additional angles below for another look.

The Jack Purcell smiles its way into the floral print party this spring as two new pairs hit the scene with a style you might describe as ‘Hawaiian’. White and blue styles are roughly inverted mirrors of one another, and you can see both of them after the jump, then grab yours at select Converse retailers like Up There.

Converse Japan just unveiled an ’80s-era ‘Retrotropica’ print, and for their latest All Stars, it’s a similar theme that functions as a sequel to a 2011 release. The second Converse Chuck Taylor All Star ‘Fruit Pack’ revisits the photo-realistic print that served up strawberries and lemons a couple of years back (a design we can in retrospect see as one of the originators of this current wave of patterned sneaker designs). This time around, it’s cherries for the red edition and dried pineapple rings for the yellow, which are joined by a Granny Smith green apple third to round out this set currently available at select Far East retailers.

The latest from Converse Japan’s U.S. Originator capsule reaches back to the wild 1980s multicolor prints that inform today’s pattern trends. The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star ‘Retrotropica’ features four pairs split between high and low covered from heel to capped toe in sketches of leaves and fruit, with a red canvas base adding colors reminiscent of the New Orleans Hornets for a more high-contrast feel than the blues, which opt for mostly cool-colored hits. Click through to compare and let us know which of these you prefer, then hit your overseas connects because these aren’t likely to arrive at American retailers.
