In our popular Michael Jordan Through The Years ongoing feature, Sneaker News spent one week focusing on all the sick shoes that Jordan wore on his feet – shoes that were not Air Jordans. Being a signature Nike athlete meant Michael was spotted wearing a random selection of shoes, like the Air Huarache runner pictured above whilst posing with his hardware, but before writing his name down in ink, Jordan had other brands on his feet – mostly Converse during his college days and even adidas, a brand that pushed really hard to sign the guy back in the mid-80′s. Comme des Garcons is going back to work on the Converse catalog and are set to join in on the Converse Pro Leather revival that’s going on at the moment. More specifically they’ve picked up the Converse Pro Leather Low and outfitted it with their heart shaped logo. This go-round sees said logo applied much more liberally than their previous Converse pairs, which may be a plus or a minus depending on your affection for the emblem.
