Nike. adidas. Reebok. Dolce & Gabbana? That’s right, a pair of D&G luxury hightops were spotted on the court, and it was worn by none other than Gilbert Arenas, the man with the most interesting feet in the NBA. Arenas has kept our eyes glued to Wizards basketball due to his sick on-court sneaker selections and his latest pick for yesterday night’s game against the Lakers should stir some interesting debate. Gilbert Arenas is at it again; his sneakerhead blood has been ice cold thus far in the 2010-11 NBA season, showcasing the most ‘heat’ on the NBA floor. Not being bound by contractual obligations from sneaker brands, Gilbert Arenas has been wearing what he wants, when he wants, like the Air Jordan X Retro ‘Ice Blue’ that released in 2005. The Ice Blue X is just the latest in Gilbert Arenas’ impressive footwear showcase that included the Air Jordan IX ‘Premio’, the red suede colorway of the Air Jordan V ‘Raging Bull’ pack, the Air Jordan XI Space Jam, and much more. What could he rock next? Perhaps the Flint XIII is in the books, due to its color-matching qualities to the Wizards uniforms.
