All the weight is on the shoulders of Mike Bibby to run the point for the New York Knicks, who face another elimination game on Wednesday night in Game 5 down in Miami. We’ve already showed you the Jordan Melo M8 Low that Bibby’s been wearing the past few games, but he’s also been spotted in a true low-top (what Bibby prefers) – the recently released Jordan Blazin’; this duet features the Knicks colors in bold, tonal fashion, with his signature TD ‘Team Dime’ logo stamped on the tongues of both pairs. Which pair will Bibby break out for Game 5, or will he look to continue his good fortunes in the Jordan Melo M8 Low?

Jordan Blazin – Summer 2012

jordan blazin summer 2012 Jordan Blazin Summer 2012

There has been a clear convergence of design in Jordan Brand’s basketball performance catalog and it looks like we can expect this trend to continue into the next calendar.  Let’s take our first look at the new-for-2012 Jordan Blazin, a model that’s somewhere between Chris Paul’s latest signature and the Air Jordan 2011 Q Flight.  They sport the AJ2011 series’ unique traction pattern and from the looks of the latticework on their side panels, these very well could be as well-ventilated as the Hyperfuse-equipped Q Flights.  Add in the relatively affordable $110 MSRP and it’s clear JB is aiming to top the charts at every single price point; would you be up for top-notch Jordan performance and aesthetics for a relative bargain?  Check out the first four colorways in images after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for updates on these and all Jordan release dates.  via CK

jordan blazin summary Jordan Blazin

Summer-time is the perfect season for Blazin’. The Jordan Blazin’, that is. This upcoming low-cut basketball shoe, which resembles the Jordan CP 2′Quick and utilizes the outsole traction from the Air Jordan 2011, will allow you to get high above the ground ease or smoke past your defender thanks to the lightweight, no-frills construction of the shoe. The minimizing of seams has allowed footwear engineers to create durable, stable shoes without adding too much weight, as we’ve seen on current Nike Basketball and Jordan Brand models like the Nike Hyperdunk 2011 and Jordan BCT Mid. Check out both upcoming colorways of the Jordan Blazin below and let us know what you think. via aaronknows.
