When a new Jordan Brand model pops up, the first thing many people check for is how well it can hold the classic black/varsity red color combo. When we first saw the Jordan Team ISO 2 it was in the form of the Quai 54 edition, a mostly black set up with hits of fluorescent green. With those being particularly hard to get a hold of, this Jordan Team ISO 2 will fortunately be more widely available. Here the shoe once again takes a mostly black upper, then coming with white and red for accenting to lock down the ‘Bred’ color combo. Stay tuned as release info on the Jordan Team ISO 2 becomes available, but for now you can snag a pair ahead of schedule from id4shoes on eBay.

The buzz surrounding this year’s Jordan Brand Quai 54 releases (the Air Jordan V and the Team ISO 2) has grown steadily since it was first featured months ago, and eager sneakerheads are counting down the days ’til July 2nd, when a limited U.S. release will go down. Some controversy/debate has risen regarding the lace-locks, as one feature of the Air Jordan V Quai 54 had red instead of green, but things are about to get a bit stickier as these official Jordan Brand images feature the Air Jordan V with a translucent outsole rather than the Radiant Green we’ve seen. These are likely an early sample as we’ve seen the released pairs with the green outsole, so the question is: Do you prefer clear or green? Check out the extra images below and let us know which you like better, and stay tuned to Sneaker News for more updates regarding this release or pick up a pair of the AJVs now on eBay.

Earlier today Sneaker News gave you release information on the Jordan Brand Quai 54 Pack, which included the Air Jordan V and the all-new Jordan Team ISO 2. The Jordan Team ISO 2, the obvious successor to the Jordan Team ISO (included in last year’s Quai 54 releases), features a similar mid-cut construction as the original, but with a re-tooled upper; a triangular breathable mesh panel is located at the central portion of the shoe, with additional ventilation by the ankle. The midsole features a grey/black granite speckling and a radiant green stripe at the base of the midsole. These have dropped overseas in Europe already, but stay tuned to a U.S. release this July 2nd. via FootLockerEU.
