The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Puerto Rico” will release on June 1st, 2013. The sneakers will arrive a little bit before the grand festivities of the Puerto Rican Day Parade, allowing you to show up to that even with some proper footwear. The pair raises the bar pretty high as far as what’s allowed on a retail release for a pair of Uptowns what with its icy sole, baseball stitching, and lasered sections. The sneaker packs in a lasered look, baseball stitching, and some beautiful leather sections in what ends up looking like a Bespoke creation. Of course this isn’t the first time that the “Puerto Rico” them has been slapped on a Nike Air Force 1 Low, but we’re going to go ahead and say that it’s the best yet in that very specific lineage. Sneaker News recently showed you an insane Nike Air Force 1 sample dubbed the “Puerto Rico”. Featuring Bespoke-like detailing like the baseball-stitching on the toe-box, the leather-lined interior, the intricate laser graphic on the upper, these sick Summer 2013 Air Force 1 samples definitely caught the attention of AF1 fiends and for good reason. The ‘Puerto Rico’ release of the Air Force 1 has been one of the more celebrated capsules in AF1 history, although a release hasn’t happened in several years. No final word on a release just yet, so enjoy the gallery of photos below and stay tuned to Sneaker News for more updates.

Yet another exciting pair arrives from the 2013 stable of Nike Air Force 1 releases in the form of the incredibly detailed Nike Air Force 1 Low ‘Puetro Rico’ pictured here. Uptowns have gotten the Rican treatment in the past but never to this extent, with the sneakers sporting a red, white, and blue treatment, extensive lasering on the side panels, chunky baseball stitching, and a few appearances from the coqui (a small frog endemic to PR). Get a full look after the jump and stay tuned to Sneaker News to get the full story on this crazy Nike Air Force 1 Low. Thanks Rogier.
