Rihanna’s got a pretty decent Air Jordan game, you know that. The singer is shown here posing with the Air Jordan IV “Fire Red” on feet, presumably a pair from last year that doesn’t actually use fire red as its color shade of choice. Her entourage though? They need a little bit of help-check out the young lady sitting on the median with those super bogus Air Jordan IV 360s on feet (Nike Air on the back!). The last couple of times we saw Rihanna, she was on a little bit of a Reebok tear. It looks like she hasn’t completely left the Air Jordan retro world behind though. Rih was recently spotted out in NYC wearing the Air Jordan 1 “Joker”, one of the more under-the-radar styles from Jordan Brand’s extended 2013 All-Star group. In 2013 it’s been a little hard for an Air Jordan 1 to make significant noise without the “Nike Air” attached, so we forgive you if you’d already forgotten about this particular colorway. You already know that Rihanna is on board with the Reebok revival thanks to the recent spotting of her in an upcoming Reebok Kamikaze II colorway. It looks as if she’s also putting her stamp of approval on their new era of designs, as evidenced by this shot of her sporting an as-of-yet-unreleased version of the Tyga x Reebok T-Raww. The sneaker in question is the same animal print design worn by Tyga himself in a recent promo clip for the newly debuted silhouette. The Reebok Kamikaze II reissue is one that’s been immediately welcome with open arms by the greater sneaker-wearing celebrity set. Beyond the typical Reebok-affiliated folks, we’ve seen Jay-Z and now Rihanna laced up in the Shawn Kemp specials. And in terms of sneaker hook-ups it looks like Rihanna has gotten Hov beat here what with her early pair on feet. If you’re planning on grabbing the Air Jordan ‘Golden Moments’ pack this weekend, at least from Foot Locker, you’ve gotta jump through a couple of hoops that include picking up a raffle ticket and then waiting around to see if you’re number is chosen. Of course if you’re a platinum pop-megastar then you can skip all that and just rest easy with the promo pair you’ve had for a few weeks now. Rihanna certainly fits that bill, her Air Jordan prowess having been proved plenty of times before. This Tokyo sighting sees her rocking the Air Jordan VII from the group, no word yet on whether she’ll pull a Drake and turn around with the other half of the box set soon.
