The OG Nike runner that was at the forefront of the Nike Air movement caused collusion in the 1980s, as athletes under contract with other shoe brands tore off the Nike swoosh on the Mariah and risked their relationships with these other brands just to wear the shoe during a race. The Nike Air Mariah in the original Ultramarine colourway and design returns to us after the Lunar-laden version dropped in 2009. This colourway is also seen on the Nike Air 180 which was released in the 2006 History Of Air Pack, but the Mariah is in fact the first owner of the colourway. The Air Mariah is set for an April 2010 release but you can pre-order your pair now at endclothing.
