This new silhouette out of the Jordan Brand labs appears to be stuck in limbo; is it a lifestyle shoe, or is it a performance shoe made for the courts? Called the Air Jordan RPM, the upper features a sleek construction emphasizing the toe and heel area and also features a micro-perforated center panel. The midsole also features no jagged edges and opts for an even horizon, although a visible Air unit and small Jumpman logo makes up the center. This chukka-like silhouette is also featured in the recent Jordan 1 Fund, which doesn’t look too different than the RPM. The bottom sole uses plenty of grooves and honey-combed traction but still maintains a flat surface that creates the solid look when combined with the stitched midsole.
