The Air Jordan VI ‘Carmine’ is on many ‘greatest-Jordans-all-time’ lists and the recent packaged Retro release that paired the Carmine VI with a nubuck-uppered pair of the Air Jordan XVII was a highly successful release for Jordan Brand. The Carmines itself fetch more than the cost of the entire package and rightfully so; it’s an original colorway of the shoe that Jordan won his first NBA Championship with (although he didn’t wear the Carmines until the next season), and the color-blocking itself accentuated the radical design of the Air Jordan VI. What makes this pair even more special is that it’s autographed by the man himself; Michael Jordan’s pristine penmanship is displayed oh-so-beautifully on the upper of the right shoe, making for a perfect (and pricey) display and quite the conversation piece, and it comes with UDA certification so you know these are the real deal. A nice gallery of images await you so take a look and check out the auction from abas15 on eBay.
