Life was bleak for Marty McFly; his band was going nowhere and his parents were miserable – what could save his family? In comes the DeLorean DMC-12, a quirky sports car transformed into a plutonium powered time-machine capable of advancing or backtracking to any time period, so long as the settings are inputted correctly and the car reaches a speed of 88 miles per hour. In its latest mission, the Doc’s DeLorean speeds into the future – November 22nd, 2010 to be exact, and arrives in the form of a Nike 6.0 Dunk SE, Nike’s do-it-all action sports sneaker combining sport-ready construction and a silhouette born in the same year as Back 2 The Future’s original setting of 1985.
The metallic silver box features gull-winged doors box-top with a DMC and Nike 6.0 badge placed adroitly on the corner; inside each door is one shoe – a one-piece upper featuring a sharp metallic silver with black piping making out the seams, with the bottom-most eyestay a reinterpretation of the famous gull-wing doors. The black rubber outsole – set to match the bumper of the DeLorean – hides a orange, red, and white outsole, which mimics the car’s tail-lights. The tongue features a special embossed tag paying tribute to the Irish car company located in Belfast, and on the heeltab is a stamped ‘DMC’ (Delorean Motor Company). Hop in the Nike 6.0 Dunk SE ‘DeLorean’ and teleport after the jump to check out the great detailed gallery of this futuristic shoe! Look for Delorean x Nike 6.0 Dunk on Black Friday November 26th, 2010 at Nikestore.com, Niketowns, and select Nike 6.0 retailers.

6.0 trying to be SB. not a bad direction, but this shoe is not for anyone. a good low-cost alternative to the Dino jr SBs if anything.

why do they have that wack sole, would look much better with normal dunk sole

the 6.0 is just a wack shoe overall…wish they could have done this on a dunk…but the whole concept is cool. This would be nice to have next to the McFly Hyperdunks.

I'm actually surprised that people are hating on these, even though most people look at 6.0's as the black sheep of Nike's lineup. Mark my words though, when these release next week, the hypebeasts will be out in force. If people think for one second that they might actually sell well, they'll be tripping over themselves to cop- It happens every time-
