During December 2nd’s ‘The Return of the King‘ game in which LeBron James went back to Cleveland for the first time since ‘The Decision‘, LeBron James wore a PE version of the Nike LeBron 8 ‘Blackout’, which featured white-colored swooshes on both the lateral and medial sides of the shoes. The released version of the Blackout LeBron 8 featured a tonal black upper, but T.u.L_09 took it upon himself to take his talents to his own pair and re-create the LeBron 8 Blackout PE. The only task at hand was to somehow fill in the swoosh with white, but it was easier said than done. Using some basic materials and a steady hand, this sneaker customizer showed that even the simplest of alterations can give a shoe a second life (although the entire process took six hours), and mastered this hands-on job that allowed nothing more than a fraction of a millimeter in elbow room. Check out these custom LeBron 8 Blackout PE Customs below and let us know what you think.
