Japanese pitcher Hideo Nomo made his debut in 1995, winning Rookie of the Year honors and opening the doors for Japanese-born players getting Major League opportunities. With the Retro release of the Air Max NM in 2011, we should expect a number of new colorways (similar treatment to the Air Griffey Max 1), like this Tech Grey/Blue Spark colorway. It won’t be hard to match colorways to Nomo’s uniforms, considering he played for the Dodgers, Mets, Brewers, Tigers, Red Sox, Royals, and Devil Rays in his career, but Tech Grey/Blue Spark goes just fine with his first time as it matches the Dodgers’ Away uniform. These new Nomos are available at Nike retailers like Eastbay so take a look at these new images below and let us know what you think.
