In 2007, Jordan Brand introduced the Air Jordan III ‘Flip’ which focused on a ‘Freaky Friday’ swap of the smooth leather and elephant print on the upper. The Air Jordan III is one design that’s hard to tamper with, but the idea of the ‘Flip’ and overall execution was well received and landed the Air Jordan III ‘Flip’ a high mark among non-OG Air Jordan Retros. For 2011, Jordan Brand will re-introduce the Air Jordan III ‘Flip’ in a new colorway – a ‘reverse’ version of the first White-based colorway. This flip of the flip (or double flip) features a tonal black upper with a grey outsole and Metallic Silver trim. Other differences? The $25 price increase from the first Air Jordan III Flip. The flip 3s are nice...but honestly the most uncomfortable jordan ever.. The leather interior is so uncomfy and for the 175$ your not getting your moneys worth. Id rather rock the black cats cause the soft inside beats the hell out of leather. Wore my flips once and came home from school with blisters, sore feet, and sore ankles.. PASSSSS
III's are my favorite Jordans. I was actually looking forward to these; but, $175? I don't care what year it is, the $50 price hike is ridiculous. No sale for me. Best of luck to everyone else.
These are fly but I already have the Black Cats. Plus I'd rather spend my money on the Cement III's!!!
they were both $125.00 in 07. 50 bucks more is nuts.

The guaranteed 15% off at Footlocker drops the price of the Flips to $148.75, which is definitely worth it. The blacks look better than the whites, but both are awesome, a pack would be nice...
The old gut instinct is that these are a quickstrike, so many posts and pictures and yet there's still no release date, but somehow we are getting more information on stuff releasing next summer. My guess is they drop either the 7/8 or 14/15 of October.

Why are we being bombarded with so many 3s all of the sudden. I thought that the black cement 3s were going to be the last ones coming out. Now I see 4 additional more coming out. I guess JB really needs the money huh

These photos make both of these look dope! A Flip Pack would be pretty sick. In the meantime, there are still some places where you can cop the white flips. Just waiting on the official release date for these black flips though. Can't believe the black cements are still on deck for this year too!
