Jordan Brand Reveals Countdown Clock

Yesterday, the official Jordan Brand twitter released a special message to its followers, promising ‘big things’ for next week. To follow up on its teaser, last night Jordan Brand revealed a countdown clock timer on the official Jordan Brand website, ticking down to Tuesday, October 4th, at 2:00 PM EST. Behind the ticking timer is a silhouette of three sneakers; none of the three shoes appear to be Air Jordan Retros, but instead resemble be the trio of upcoming Jordan Brand signature shoes of its three marquee athletes Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, and Chris Paul. Got any guesses? Don’t hesitate to let us know.

I really hope y'all are wrong and this is something worth getting excited about...but I'm pretty sure everyone is right with the CP, D.Wade, Melo prediction. Why say "...going to be crazy for Jordan heads" if none of these are Jordans?
Or all the smoke clears and the front three are the new and the background is lined with Retros. Everyone's happy.

This news Tuesday will be the new CP, D. Wade, and Melo's so no big deal, BUT I think that JB will anounce the QS Jordan XI on 11-11-11!!!!!! If they miss a day like that then they need new management. I think they will anounce the Laney/Grape pack and the Obsidian/Columbia pack just sayin...
I hope whatever shoes those are are just an announcement for day one of the "BIG THINGS" week and JB releases something AWESOME! *cough* retros *cough* Grape/Laney Pack *cough* doesn't hurt to dream does it?

i hope jb has something worth while on these PEs like a new material or look (not like some recycled idea from previous jordans or nike) something fresh tht JB has never done before to gain respect. b/c if JB wasnt releasing retros i truly believe theyd be irrelevant in the sneaker world

Ya'll are forgetting that the whole week is scheduled for something big, this is probably just the announcement of new releases for Team JB they could throw us off and come out with a "MAJOR" release all I'm saying is to stay up on the posts cause you never know what could happen.
Man some people, living in the past. I love retros as much as the next guy but I'd really like to see something innovative (but not too out there) or something that builds on the past (without trying to reinvent it i.e. .0 series)

I have figured it out... the first shoe is the new CP3.V. The shoe to the far right is the new Melo 8. That leaves the shoe in the middle to be the new D. Wade shoe. Honestly these shoes do not excite me one bit. Not only that but to me JB seems to lack originality now. Their designs to me resemble those of the Nike Hyperfuse, Lebron, and Kobe lines. This is not a good look.
yea they are just trying to build up the hype, which they are doing successfully, but its sad cuz they hyping people up for some wack ass sneakers and im sure they will be limited so that people will buy them.

I'd say it's the release of the NBA 2K12 iPhone and iPad apps that are going to have a special "Jordan Mode".
Why do they set themselves up for failure? Lol. When Nike told us big things were coming what did we get? Air Mags. I don't know any Jordan that compares to that. Unless they are dropping the price, using good leathers, putting NIKE AIR on the back or making retros (especially 1-14) as ID's then this is no news. Honestly, I would have rather them save the dumbass hype ticker and just unexpectedly drop the heat like the good ol'days.

i see it on the right the cp4 middle fly wade 2 left melos m8, got my hopes up for nothimg but some team jordans that have multiple sheves reserved at every outlet
Man I was so worked out I even cashed my $850 check yesterday in a heart beat just to find out non of them are Retros .. jhmmmmmmm.
