Things could’ve been greatly different for the Air Jordan VIII and the 1992-1993 season. Well, Michael still would have won his third NBA Championship and the awards that came to him that year would’ve been the same, but he might’ve looked differently from the ankle down. Sneaker News first showed you this alternate logo of the Air Jordan VIII in early February, and the overall voice of our readers was that of approval – that is, approving the actual released version. The chenille version that we’ve all come to love seems to have been the preferred version based on Sneaker News reader opinion, and that certainly explains why these are a sample! Still, that makes these one of the rarest Air Jordan samples ever made, so take a look at this new detailed set of images and if you want to add these to your collection of rare kicks, check out the auction from zoomflight95 on eBay.

What a retard wrapping it like that shit wicked rare and now its turning to fu*king dust damn retated collectors
JB will probably retro the 8's in the future and release them with this logo. uk retros are never ever the same
I actually prefer the basket logo. Gives the Playoffs it's own character, and actually fits with the rest of the shoe's style.
They're like that because he shrink wrapped them like a dumbass.. It cuts off all air supply and makes it crumble.
yeah i know that but rare or not rare that was a huge no no his part. now i highly doubt he can get these to move
