Air Jordan III ‘Black Flip’ – Arriving At Retailers

The Black/Cement IIIs should have given you your Thanksgiving weekend sneaker-head fill, but save some room for a decadent dessert – the Black Flip III. The ‘Flip’ concept was introduced back in 2007 as a re-imagination of the original Air Jordan III design, and reception was surprisingly positive; messing around with the original state is often a sensitive topic of Jordan purists, but news of the ‘Black Flip’ was certainly one of the best surprises of the year. A few things to note about these; it gets yet another price-bump (from an already aching $160 to a piercing $175). These have begun to arrive at Jordan Brand retailers like MrRSports, so check out the images below once more before the 12/3 release and cop a pair now on eBay.

lol i hate when people complain about small little differences overall the shoe is the SAME look. they change em up a tad for multiple reasons. just be Thankful classic sneakers come back out when they do..

250 there's no reason to get that badly rapped! Tampa got plenty still in stores and as of last night ebay had them going for 220 free shipping. You can find them on craigslist for less than 250 or just wait a couple of days and eastbay or champs or any other site usually has them restocked
wait 2 weeks after the release and then go to Foot Locker and they can order it for you. I got my space jams that way.

nice. I would prefer a clear or just black bottom tho. The Grey throws it off to me. makes the shape look off...... CONCORDS PLEASE!!!
not really the flips are meant to be straight black and the grey colorway is more of a modern touch.....it is kinda ugly though lol

They look good bit I dong like the shape of them. Maybe its the camera.
They are 3's...shaped ALL a like...
Some jordans are shaped slightly different, but only a connoisseur could really tell it. For instance, take a look at the air jordan 6 from 2001 and compare it to the 2010 release. Better yet, do the same with the 3. You'll notice some slight differences. e.g. the elephant print is slightly less embossed, or the elephant print is arched higher in the rear. These r just a few.....just sayin'
